The Burnout Sanctuary was born out of a desire to heal and support those who care for others.
Years of hearing the stories of my Therapist colleagues who were burnout, living through it myself and seeing numerous depleted health professionals in my practice and in my community who were on the verge of leaving careers that they had worked so hard to build.
Our health systems are already in crisis. We need our healers and carers to be well to be able to do the work that is deeply needed by the community.
Our mission is to see a healthcare system sustained by healed humans ~ Women who lead and care from a place of wholeness, not depletion. At The Burnout Sanctuary, we envision a future where Nurses, Doctors, and allied health professionals no longer have to sacrifice themselves to do meaningful work.
